Named Executive Vice President of the Rail Division in 2008, Ron oversees Veolia's $355 million North American rail portfolio.  He manages operations, and a comprehensive business development program identifying and pursuing new contracts and public-private partnership (PPP) opportunities.

He was General Manager of Maryland's Mass Transit Administration (MTA) for over a decade, managing more than 2,800 employees and 1,000 vehicles of all transit modes.  He went on to serve as Vice President for Planning and Development at Amtrak for 3 years before joining Veolia.
